黑龙江省某行业节能减排要素主成分研究

摘要:节能减排是纷繁复杂的系统工程,诸多固素并存,各种矛盾交织。践行绿色发展观,做好新时代的节能减排工作,应树立系统思维理念,切实厘清每一个能源消耗及污染排放系统中各变量之间的相互关系,从而突出重点,找准着力点,突破难点,取得更好的整体节能减排效果。文中运用主成分分析法,对黑龙江省某行业部分企业的能耗及污染排放指标进行综合分析,提出了该行业深入推进节能减排应采取的主要对策。

Abstract:Energy conservation and emission reduction is a complex systematic project, many factors coexist, various contradictions are interwoven.Practicing the green view of development,doing a good job of energy conservation and emissions reduction in the new era, system thinking concept should be established to clarify the relationship among the variables in each energy consumption and pollution emissions system, so as to highlight the key ,find the right point, break through the difficulties , and achieve better overall energy conservation and emission reduction effect. In this paper, the principal component analysis is used to analyze the energy consumption and pollution emission index of some enterprises in a certain industry of Heilongjiang province, and puts forward the main countermeasures for the industry to promote the energy conservation and emission reduction. 些不足之处。许多地方和企业头痛医头,脚痛医脚,单兵突进,专项治理,往往顾此失彼,整体效果不佳。因此,必须增强系统思维意识,辩晰节能减排要素之间的内在联系,切实把握规律,制订整体解决方案,推动节能减排在科学的轨道上向纵深发展。基于这样的认识,最近我们对黑龙江省某行业能耗及污染排放状况进行了抽样调查,建立了节能减排主成分模型,对各要素之间的关系进行了定量刻画,并据此提出了相应的节能减排对策。
