黑龙江省农机专业合作社管理机制分析

摘要：大力发展农业机械化是建设现代农业，提高农业生产率的必由之路。在家庭承包经营制的确立后，农业生产实现了第一次飞跃，但家庭经营的特征是分散，经营规模小，使得其难以与激烈的市场竞争相适应。因此需要管理机制的创新以实现规模经营。近几年来，农机专业合作社在黑龙江省发展迅速，逐步成为黑龙江省农村经济发展和农业生产中的新型微观主体。文中在对黑龙江省农机合作社发展状况进行分析研究的基础上，着重从动力、利益、监督和安全管理机制等方面分析了农机专业合作社的现状，在此基础上提出了完善黑龙江省农机专业合作社科学管理机制的对策。

Abstract:To develop agricultural mechanization is the route one must take the construction of modem agriculture, improve agricultural productivity. In the establishment of the household contract management system,the realization of agricultural production of the first leap，but the characteristics of family business is scattered, small scale of operation, making it difficult to adapt to the fierce market competition. Innovation needs management mechanism to achieve the scale of management. In recent years, the development of agricultural cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province, has gradually become a new microcosmic main body of rural economic development and agricultural production. Based on the development of agricultural cooperatives in Heilongjiang province are analyzed, focusing on power, interests, supervision and safety management mechanism, analyzed the current situation of managcment mechanism of agricultural cooperatives, on this basis, puts forward the Countermeasures of perfecting Heilongjiang agricultural professional cooperatives scientific management mechanism

是提高农业生产效率，降低农业生产成本。要实现这个目标，就必须加快农业机化的发展，而农机专业合作社是发展农机化的主导力量。黑龙江省是世界著名的三大黑土地带之一，是中国耕地面积最大的省份，也是重要的商品粮基地。随着机械化的不断发展，特别是自2007年《农民专业
