论可持续发展战略下的既有建筑改造

摘要：既有建筑改造是个老话题，但怎样改造是常新的课题，特别是可持续发展已被普遍接受的今天。文中以既有建筑改造为题，提出了新形式下既有建筑改造的可持续原则，生态技术策略和既有建筑改造的产业意义。目的是利用既有建筑改造的机会，协调既有建筑与资源环境的关系，从而推动、促进建筑的可持续发展。

Abstract: The transfomation of the existing building is an old topic, but how to refom is always new, especially the sustainable development has been widely accepted in today. This paper is based on the transformation of existing buildings as a subject, presents a new situation both sustainable building renovation, ecological technology strategy and the construction of both industrial significance. Objective is the use of existing buildings reconstruction opportunity, to coordinate the relationship between both the construction and the resources environment, sustainable development and promoting the construction of.

我国建筑业还是一个高物耗、高能耗、高污染的产业，而且越是早期的建筑其“三高"问题越严重。建造过程中的物质消耗，对既有建筑来说这已成为过去，无法弥补和改变(1-")。但高能耗、高污染还会在建筑的继续生命中发生，危害资源和环境，与可持续发展、生态持续相俘。解决既有建筑高能耗、高污染问题只能依靠建筑改造。尽管建筑改造的原因是多方面的，但是从建筑可持续收稿日期：2014-0621

从可持续发展的角度看既有建筑改造应体现如下原则：
1.1遵重自然的原则
