沈阳宝能环球金融中心超大型巨柱地脚螺栓及
抗剪键在大底板中安装技术

[摘要】沈阳宝能环球金融中心项目T1塔楼为在建东北第一高楼,其结构形式为巨型外框+伸臂桁架+劲性混凝土核心筒结构,外框巨柱最大截面为5.2m×3.5m,逐渐收缩至1.8m×1.8m。在巨柱安装过程中,其地脚螺栓必须精准定位。本工程为保证地脚螺栓精准定位,在施工过程中提前插人,采用非埋入形式,其柱脚预埋安装采用地脚螺栓进行定位埋设。巨型外框钢柱地脚螺栓埋入筱板基础内,与基础钢筋穿插施工,筱板基础钢柱柱脚通过固定支撑架错栓定位。

Abstract : The Tower 1 of Shenyang Baoneng Global Financial Center which is in construction will be the tallest building in the northeast of China, whose structure is composed of mega frame, outrigger and composite steel concrete core. The maximum section dimension of giant column is 5.2m × 3.5m, gradually shrinking to 1. 8m × 1. 8m. The anchor bolts must be accurately positioned in the installation of giant column. To ensure precise position of anchor bolts and insert them in advance in the construction, the project adopts non-submerged anchor bolts, which are installed by the position of support structure. The giant steel anchor bolts fixed with reinforcing steel bar are embedded in the foundation.

1地脚螺栓施工方案 1.1工程概况
本工程T1塔楼拟建高度为568m,钢结构总用钢量为8.6万t,外框由8根日字巨型柱、7道环形桁架、4道伸臂架以及巨型斜撑组成。钢材材质主要为Q345B,Q345GJC,Q390GJC。外框巨柱最大截面为5.2m×3.5m,逐渐收缩至1.8m×1.8m。
为保证巨柱首节安装定位精准,巨柱抗剪键采用非埋人形式,其柱脚安装预埋采用锚固螺栓进行

定位埋设。巨型外框钢柱地脚螺栓埋人筱板基础内,与基础钢筋穿插施工,筱板基础钢柱柱脚通过固定支撑架锚栓定位。本工程巨柱柱脚地脚螺栓由Φ60地脚锚杆及钢板组合而成,每根地脚锚杆的长度为3m,且与巨柱抗剪键一体,其上还有一段巨柱柱体的板件,每个预制件重达5.4t(见图1~3)。 1.2地脚螺栓及抗剪键预埋难点与解决方案
