水泥土插芯组合桩复合地基工程应用实例研究

【摘要】针对水泥土桩复合地基承载力低、桩身强度低、布桩较密等缺点,开发了水泥土插芯组合桩复合地基。结合聊城某工程实例,对比了复合地基与原设计方案的经济优劣,验算了复合地基的承载力,分析了施工设备与施工参数的合理性,提出了水泥土插芯组合桩施工工艺,针对施工中的技术难点提出了处理措施,对复合地基的应用效果进行了检验。研究表明:水泥土插芯组合桩复合地基相比原设计方案能够节约资金12.7%~14.5%,承载力满足设计要求,且具有一定的安全储备,技术上具有先进性。最后应用效果表明,水泥土插芯组合桩单桩复合地基承

Abstract:Cement soil pile composite foundation had disadvantages of low bearing capacity, low pile body strength, and small space between piles. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, pile embedded in cement soil composite foundation was developed. Firstly, combined with engineering application in Liaocheng Shandong province, economic analysis between composite foundation and original design scheme were carried out. The bearing capacity of composite foundation was checked then. The rationality of construction equipment and construction parameters were analyzed. The construction technology of pile embedded in cement soil composite foundation was put forward. According to the technical difficulties in construction, the treatment measures were put forward. The application effect of composite foundation was saaeeeeas composite foundation could save money from 12.7% to 14.5%.The bearing capacity of composite foundation satisfied design demand, it was safe and advanced. At last, the application effects show that composite foundation bearing capacity, single pile bearing capacity, offsetting and diameter of pile embedded in cement soil composite foundation could meet the requirements of design and national codes, the foundation was safe.
