水分配围堰的水膜流动特性数值模拟

摘要:设置一定数量的水分配围堰V型出水口可保证安全壳外壁的水膜覆盖率,有助于事故后壳内热量排出。本文探讨了一种适用于水膜流动特性的CFD分析方法,该方法经理论及试验验证,具有较高的精度。研究得到:随着单V型出水口人口流量增大,水膜稳定宽度线性增长,平均水膜厚度变化不大;V型出
水口角度对水膜稳定宽度及水膜厚度不敏感;工程上可合理选择出水口的数量以使系统最优化。关键词:围堰;V型出水口;水膜;稳定宽度;厚度

Abstract: A number of V-notch outlets are used for water distribution weirs to assure that the water coverage on outside surface of containment is sufficient to remove the heat from containment inside.The CFD method applicable for the water film flow characteristic is proposed,and validated with theory and water film tests. This method has high accuracy. In this research,the following characteristic is obtained. With the inlet flow rate of single V-notch outlet increasing,the water film steady width is increasing linearly and the water film thickness varies very little. The angle of V-shape outlet is not sensitive for the parameters above. So the amount of outlets can be selected to achieve the best system design.
