核燃料换料机驱动系统控制研究与设计

摘要:核燃料换料机驱动系统控制是换料机运行的基础,其他系统是围绕驱动系统设计的,本文简要介绍了换料机的组成和功能,分析换料机的驱动模式和控制方式,采用PLC直接控制变频调速器,使电机工作更加平稳。根据大车、小车和主提升的控制要求,采用双侧二拖二驱动模式和复合式控制方式实现大车两侧的同步运行:利用小车的机械刚性,采用贯穿轴的一拖一驱动模式和闭环控制方式完成小车的准确定位;采用一拖一驱动模式和闭环控制方式,解决主提升的多次启停和反复换速的控制保护难题。关键词:PMC;换料机;驱动系统;控制

Abstract: The control of the drive system of the nuclear fuel manipulator crane (MC) is the essential for the operation of the MC, and other systems are designed around the drive system. This paper gives a brief introduction to the composition and function of MC, analyses its drive mode and control method, and applies PLC to control the frequency converter directly to help the motor work more stable. Based on the control requirements of the bridge, trolley and hoist, the system of the hoist applies drive mode with 2-drag-2 on both sides and compounding control method to realize simultaneous operation of both sides, and 1-drag-1 on through-going axes and closed loop control method to have precise location of the trolley, the using of 1-drag-1 drive mode and closed loop control method to solve the control protection difficulties of the hoist which repeatedly stop/start and changethe speed.
