双功能锂铅实验包层模块第一壁冷却流道热工水力学设计优化分析研究

摘要:采用理论计算与数值模拟相结合的手段对双功能锂铅实验包层模块(DFLL-TBM)第一壁(FW)冷却剂流道热工水力学优化方案进行了研究。理论计算给出了不同流速时第一壁结构温度与冷却剂出口温度,并用经验公式估算出相应的冷却剂压降,考虑氮气出口总温、总压降与结构温度限制给出最优方案。采用CFD数值模拟对优化方案进行验证,结果表明FW冷却流道截面尺寸(15mmX15mm),单
个流道环绕第一壁5次且相邻流道氮气相向流动的热工水力学方案较为合理。关键调:ITER;实验包层模块;第一壁;热工水力学;数值模拟

Abstract: Theoretical calculation and simulation were used to investigate the thermal-hydraulic optimization scheme for the first wall (FW)coolant channel in the dual-functional lithium lead(DFLL)-Test Blanket Module (TBM)in this paper. The structural temperature and the coolant outlet temperature of FW with different flow velocities were obtained by theoretical calculation. Also,an estimation of the corresponding pressure drops had been made from the experimental correlations.The optimal scheme of FW was proposed taking into account the helium bulk temperature at outlet, total pressure drops and
