核与辐射环境安全管理与评价系统的
研究与应用

摘要:文章分析了核与辐射环境安全的影响因素,建立了核与辐射环境安全评价指标体系,结合 ASP.NET、SQLServer等计算机技术和现代管理信息系统技术设计了核与辐射环境安全管理与评价系统,并通过实例验证了系统的可靠性和稳定性。系统可以对核设施核与辐射环境安全信息进行管理,对地理监测点数据进行分析预警,对单项指标和总体安全进行综合评价等功能,为核设施单位进行安全预警与管理决策提供技术支持。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the factors affecting the safety of nuclear and radiation environment. The nuclear and radiation environment safety evaluation index system is established. Combining with the computer technology of ASP.NET, SQL Server and modern management information system technology,the nuclear and radiation environment safety management and evaluation system is designed, and the reliability and stability of the system are verified through examples. The system can manage the information affecting the safety of nuclear facilities and radiation environment, analyze to provide early warning for geographical monitoring data, and comprehensively evaluate the single index and the overall safety, so as to provide technical support to units operating nuclear facilities for their safety early warning and management decision-making.
