工业锅炉安装监检中射线检测的质量控制要点

摘要：文中从实际工作出发，通过射线检测的各个方面详细说明了工业锅炉安装监检中射线检测质量控制的要点，可作为监理单位或第三方检验机构在工业锅炉安装过程中开展射线检测质量控制的参考。

Abstract: This article makes a detailed explanation of all aspects of radiographic testing to the quality control points of radiographic testing in the supervision and inspection of industrial boiler installation from the view of actual work, and it can be used as a reference to the quality control points of radiographic testing in the process of industrial boiler installation for supervisory organizations or the third party institutions.

射线检测是工业锅炉安装过程中最常用的无损检测方法之一，目前广泛应用于工业锅炉现场焊接接头内部质量的检测。一般情况下，射线检测结果可以作为评定焊接质量的主要依据。由于射线检测在工业锅炉安装过程中的重要性，对射线检测的监督检验工作就成为工业锅炉安装监检中的一个重要环节。下面，从检验资质、检测工艺

如射线检测工作由安装单位委托给检测单位，监检人员应核查检测单位的检测机构核准证，

符合检测要求、证书是否在有效期内、所注册的单位是否与检测单位或安装单位相符。
