摘要:掺加纤维是混凝土性能改性的有效途径,聚乙烯醇(PVA)因其亲水性好、分散性佳面被广泛的应用于混凝土改性。本文在介绍PVA纤维性能的基础上,综述了PVA纤维混凝土的研究发展现状以及发展应用前景。着重阐述了PVA纤维改性混凝土的组成和特点方面的研究现状。已有研究表明,PVA纤维能显著减少水泥石水化初期的裂纹数量,经PVA纤维改性后的混凝土,在抗渗、抗冻、抗碳化方面的性能均优于普通混凝土。根据混凝土性能需求,PVA纤维的最佳掺量一般可在01%~3%之闻,PVA纤维改性混凝土的抗弯强度一股在14MPa左右,比普通混凝土高1倍左右, PVA纤维改性混凝土的抗弯韧性指标比普通混凝土高达6倍。PVA增强水泥基复合材料的冲击能量吸收率是普通混凝土的48倍,是钢纤维混凝土的9倍。基于研究应用现状,最后提出了PVA纤维改性混凝土今后开发研究的重点和未来发展趋势。

Abstract: Mixed with fiber is an effective way to modify concrete properties, Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is widely used in concrete modification due to its good hydrophilic and dispersivity. Based on the introduction of PVA fiber performance, the proposal of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber reinforced concrete is introduced, to the world's research and development and application prospect of PVA fiber reinforced concrete, and the research of PVA fiber concrete in the preparation of several mixing technology, performance mechanism and material properties is summarized, Studies have shown that PVA fiber can significantly reduce the number of cracks in the early hydration, the impermeability, frost resistance, carbonation resistance is better than that of ordinary concrete. According to different formula, the optimum content of PVA fiber is generally between 0.1 %-3 %, bending strength of PVA fiber concrete generally around 14 MPa, around 1 times higher than ordinary concrete, PVA fiber concrete flexural toughness index of 6.23 times higher than ordinary concrete. The impact energy absorption of PVA enhanced cementbased composites is 48 times that of ordinary concrete and 9 times that of steel fiber concrete. Based on the research application status, the future research focus and future development trend of PVA fiber modified concrete are put forward.

易开裂,从而影响其力学性能、混凝土构件强度和剩余寿命。混凝土的纤维改性是裂缝控制和性能优化的重要技术手段。有机纤维中的聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcohol,简称PVA)纤维,由于环保、亲水性好、分散性好、耐酸碱性好,与水泥石粘结强度高,价格也相对较低,作为混凝土改性材料,其应用优势越来越明显,数量越来越大。
