Research on the Influence of Dry and Wet Circulation on Strength of Fly Ash Concrete in Acidic Environment

摘要:为了获得酸性环境下干湿循环对粉煤灰混凝土强度特性的影响,通过开展室内试验对不同pH值和SO3 浓度的酸性环境下的粉煤灰混凝土的强度特性的衰减过程进行研究。研究发现随着干湿循环次数的增加,粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度总体呈现逐渐降低的趋势。SO浓度越大、pH值越小,粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度衰减越明显,SO浓度对其抗压强度的衰减影响更大。粉煤灰混凝土的耐酸性能要优于普通混凝土,但是当粉煤灰的添加量较大时,随着干湿循环次数的增加其抗压强度的衰减较明显。

Abstract: To obtain the drywet circulation of acidic conditions the influence of fly ash concrete strength characteristices, through the indoor experiment with different pH and SO, concentration acidic conditions to study the strength characteristics of the atenuation process of fly ash concrete, It is found that the compressive strength of fly ash concrete gradually decreases with the increase of dry and wet cycle. The higher the concentration of SO,~ and the lower the pH value, the attenuation of the compressive strength of the fly ash concrete is more obvious, and the effect of SO," concentration on the attenuation of compressive strength is greater. The acidproof performance of fly ash concrete is better than that of ordinary concrete, but when the amount of fly ash is large, the decrease of compressive strength is obvious with increasing the number of dry and wet eycles.

我国有三分之一的地区遭受酸雨危害,是除欧洲、北美洲之外的世界三大酸雨受害区之一。在酸雨环境下,混凝土建筑历经干湿循环后导致其耐久性不足,甚至出现结构破坏等严重间题1-4]。粉煤灰混凝土具有较好的耐酸、抗腐蚀性能,目前在国内外得到了广泛的应用[5-7]。为了获得酸性环境下于湿循环对粉煤灰混凝土强度特性的影响,本文通过开展室内试验对不同pH值和SO,2-浓度的酸性环境
