超高层结构缩径墙体直角切面Y形斜墙钢筋施工技术

【摘要】超高层建筑核心简截面随楼层增高会逐渐缩小,称之为缩径,在众多缩径方法中,角部直角墙体切面渐变的缩径方法荷载传递路径清晰、结构刚度连续且比较经济,这种方法被一些超高层建筑设计所采用,但这种方法在角部会设计Y形暗柱进行加强,使得角部配筋变得极其复杂。以武汉中心工程渐变斜墙为例,从钢筋空间三维深化设计技术、等差箍筋和三段弯折斜暗柱主筋加工制作技术、等高分段设置不等高定位支架辅助倾斜暗柱钢筋成
型技术以及先斜后横再竖加组合的工艺方法等方面详细阐述了复杂斜墙钢筋的施工方法。【关键词】混凝土;高层建筑;缩径墙体;钢筋;三维深化;施工技术

Abstract: For super tall buildings, the section of core tube reduced with height names diameter-reduced building. Because of the right-angle-section walls with gradient reduced section has advantages of clear load transverse path, continuous structural stiffness and low cost, it is always used in design of some super tall buildings. However, this method need Y-shaped concealed column to strength the structure, which making corner steel bars extremely complex. Based on inclining wall with gradient-changing section of Wuhan Center, the construction method for the complex inclining walls steel bars is introduced from 3D detailed design of steel bars, main steel bars fabrication for arithmetic stirrups and three-segment broken-line concealed columns, positioning frame assistant forming of concealed column steel bars and steel bars construction process of oblique to horizontal and then to vertical bars.

武汉中心工程占地面积28100m,地下4层,地上裙楼4层、塔楼88层,总建筑高度438m,总建筑面积359270m。塔楼核心筒缩径浙变斜墙位于外墙4个角部,标高范围为64层+1300mm处(标高 287.050m)~66层楼面(标高300.450m),核心筒截面由四边形逐渐变为八边形。
缩径斜墙在两转角处设置有倾斜暗柱,暗柱主筋倾斜,斜暗柱下方及两斜暗柱之间的竖向钢筋于斜暗柱边缘处开始锚固。两斜暗柱分离段,各自箍筋独立,同时还有角部整箍及两侧直墙暗柱箍筋;相交段,两斜暗柱箍筋合并为同一个箍筋,同时两侧还设计了直墙暗柱箍筋伸人斜暗柱内,这些箍筋
