高强钢筋部分预应力混凝土梁疲劳性能研究*

[摘要】通过对采用HRB600钢筋作为非预应力筋的有粘结与无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁进行静载试验和疲劳试验,分析了部分预应力混凝土梁在疲劳荷载作用下的跨中挠度、HRB600钢筋应变、预应力钢绞线应力的变化特点以及疲劳荷载作用对承载力与HRB600钢筋应变的影响。结果表明:HRB600钢筋作为非预应力筋的部分预应力混凝土试件的疲劳性能以及疲劳后静力性能良好,预应力钢绞线的抗疲劳性能良好;HRB600非预应力钢筋的力学
性能稳定且变形恢复性能良好;疲劳荷载作用对有粘结试件中预应力钢绞线与混凝土的黏结作用有较大影响。【关键词]高强钢筋;预应力混凝土梁;疲劳性能;有粘结;无粘结;承载力

Abstract: According to static and fatigue tests of bonded and unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 steel bars, the change characteristics of the mid-span deflection, the strain of HRB60O, the prestressed strand stress under fatigue loading were analyzed, furthermore, the bearing capacity and strain of HRB600 steel bars after cyclic loading were compared. It is shown that the fatigue behavior of partially prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 steel bars as non prestressed reinforcement is satisfied, and the fatigue restraint ability of prestressed strands is good. HRB600 steel has good mechanical property and recovery performance. It is also found that fatigue loading has big effects between the strand and concrete.

1试验概况 1.1试件设计
为研究采用HRB600钢筋作为非预应力筋的有粘结与无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁的疲劳受力性能,共设计2根配置HRB600钢筋的有粘结部分预应力混凝土梁(YJ和YP)与2根配置HRB600钢筋的无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁(WJ和WP),分别进行静载试验与疲劳试验。试件长度为5100mm,计算跨度为4800mm,截面尺寸为400mm×500mm,试

件具体配筋如图1所示。混凝土强度等级为C50,实测立方体抗压强度值为54.27MPa,纵向受拉非预应力筋为HRB600钢筋,采用1860级Φ*15.2钢绞线作为预应力筋.张拉控制应力=0.75f= 1395MPa,钢筋实测力学性能如表1所示。有粘结试件与无粘结试件均采用后张法施加预应力,前者进行高压注浆。
