预制混凝土保温装饰一体化模板可行性
分析及施工工艺

【摘要】长阳半岛工业化住宅采用装配整体式剪力墙结构,外增为夹心保温式预制墙板。为解决由于预制外墙板布局及饰面延伸长度不足导致的外墙无法封闭间题,施工现场进行了预制混凝土保温装饰一体化模板(PCF)试验。该模板采用混凝土及保湿材料在构件厂生产完成,作为结构外墙模板使用,瓷筑完成后无需拆除,可直接作为建筑物的外围护构件,兼具外墙外保温及装饰作用。经过方案比选,PCF施工采用预留暗螺母方法。重点介绍了应用PCF的可行性分析和效益分析及其施工工艺。

Abstract Integral prefabricated shear wall structure is used in industrialization housing of Changyang peninsula, whose exterior wall is sandwich insulation style prefabricated wallboard. In order to solve the no-closing problem of exterior wall caused by laying out of prefabricated wallboard and lack decoration extension length, the experiment for integral prefabricated concrete formwork (PCF) of insulation ,and decoration is carried out on site. This formwork is fabricated using concrete and insulation msterial in component factory, which is as exterior wall formwork and not demolished after concrete pouring for exterior wall extermnal insulation and decoration. 引言
长阳半岛工业化住宅是目前在施装配化率最
高的工业化住宅项目,采用装配整体式剪力墙结构。该工程预制外墙板体系如图1所示,内侧是混凝土结构墙体,中间是保温材料,外侧是混凝土饰面层,其保温层及饰面层延伸长度受构造限制,通常为300mm。而预制墙板由于其外墙现浇节点的存在及预制外墙布局等问题,在局部无法实现外墙
