钢筋混凝土结构强迫振动响应测试分析及处理对策

【摘要】介绍设备振动引起某厂房的钢筋混凝土结构强迫振动的测试结果,得到了主要振动设备的扰频及结构强到各标高层楼盖结构的振动和传递规律。结果表明,强迫共振是引起楼面较大振动的内在原因,各层楼板的振动响应可与标高13.800m的6台振动筛的振动建立明确的相关性,结构存在明显的层间振动传递现象,且向下传递的情况比向上传递严重。基于测试分析结果,提出以增设钢构件的方式修改梁板体系竖向刚度的减振处理对策,通过再次测试对处理后的结构振动响应进行了减振效果评价。

Abstract : The forced vibration behavior of reinforced concrete structure induced by apparatus vibration was tested. The disturbing force and frequency of vibrating equipment and response of structure vibration were obtained. Computer simulations of simple harmonic vibration corresponding of seven vibration conditionswithANSYSsoftware are carriedout.Through comparisonand analysis,thevibration transmitting order line and characters at each floor and in the vertical direction have been gotten. The test and analysis results are as follow: the main cause of factory floor of big vibration is forced resonance; the explicit relevance between forced vibration response and six vibration sieve on elevation 13. 800 meter were founded. The structure vibration has obvious interlayer transfer phenomenon. Based on test and analysis results,the vibration reduction treatment scheme was proposed,after damping reinforcement, the damping effect evaluation was carried out.

在利用机械振动原理实现生产工艺的各类工
业建筑中,因生产而诱透发的结构强迫振动间题是普遍存在的。过大的有害振动直接危害工作人员的身心健康和结构安全,因此对处于动荷载作用下的结构构件必须进行合理的动力计算分析,以便正确地估计和控制结构振动影响。对于已出现的过大强迫振动,需及时采取科学有效的减振加固措施。

的振动问题提出了设计规定,但其基本思路是引人动力放大系数来设计直接承受动荷载的构件。然而仅孤立地考察局部构件承载力及刚度,忽略结构刚度、质量及阻尼分布的复杂性和多台振动设备同时处于不同楼层并相互影响的现实情况,是无法较精确地分析振动在结构构件之间的传递放大效应及结构的整体振动效应的。目前,研究者已经认识到进行结构整体振动效应分析的重要意义。冯军和等3就多层选煤厂房的非设备层楼板振动问题进行了研究,探讨了楼板振动产生的机理,并提出了楼板振动分析的两步骤法:首先定性判断楼板是否共振,然后建立结构-设备复合系统三维动力有限
