清水混凝土砌块整体复合墙施工技术

【摘要】清水混凝土块整体复合墙是一种新型的建筑墙体，表面无需其它装修，一次成活，与其它先封闭外墙然后进行外立面装修的外墙相比，可大大缩短工期，为内装修及时插人施工创造条件，降低综合造价。施工时，通过科学合理的排版，使得外侧墙砌块和内侧墙页岩多孔砖形成整体复合墙体，使用专业勾缝工具用防水砂浆勾缝，并
在外墙喷涂增水剂，从而保证了外增的防水效果，也保证了外墙的天然建筑风格及实用功能。【关键词体工程；清水混凝土砌块；整体复合墙；施工技术

There is no other surface decoration on the wall, and it must be completed in one time. Comparing with traditional methods of building wall firstly and decorating later, construction method of integral compound wall of fair-faced concrete block can greatly shorten construction time.Thus, it creates conditions for the construction of inner decoration and the comprehensive cost can be reduced. Through scientific and rational typesetting, the blocks of the outside wall and the shale bricks of inside wall form an integral compound wall. By using the professional tools and waterproof mortar to point brickwork joints, and spraying water-repellent agent on the exterior walls, the waterproofing effect, natural architectural style and practical function of the exterior wall are ensured.

工程概况 1
中国国际建筑艺术实践展B号建筑为接待与餐饮中心，工程总建筑面积15579m。根据设计要求，外增为非承重墙，采用清水混凝土砌块整体复合墙，墙厚
370mm，其中外侧墙厚120mm，采用清水混凝土砌块砌筑，内侧墙厚240mm，采用页岩空心砖砌筑。清水砌块容重不大于16kN/m、页岩空心砖容重不大于9kN/ m"，砌体工程量1400m"，墙体整体施工效果如图1所示。清水砌块整体复合外增表面无需其它装修做法，一次成活，大大地缩短了工期，为内装修及时插人施工创造条件，降低了工程综合造价，具有广泛的推广应用前景。
