海控国际广场外框型钢混凝土柱变更为钢管
混凝土柱的设计与施工分析

【摘要】钢管混凝土柱技术作为目前超高层钢结构建筑主要采用的结构形式,已日趋成熟,在各地的超高层建筑中得到广泛利用。海控国际广场A座原设计外框结构为型钢混凝土柱,后变更为矩形钢管混凝土柱。对比分析了型钢混凝土柱和钢管混凝土柱截面参数、受力特征、节点等设计和施工指标。对比结果证明钢管混凝土柱使结构受力更可靠,抗震性能更强,特别是减少了施工工序,施工更方快捷。地上主体外框结构共计52层,钢结构施工工期仅280d,其中第31~50层达到3d/层的施工速度。实践证明,采用钢管混凝土柱,设计与施工方面均为最优方案,可取得较好的经济效益。

Abstract: Concrete filled steel tubular columns, as the main technology applied to the ultra-high-rise steel buildings, have become more mature, which is fully used in high-rise buildings. The original design of frame structure in the tower A of HNA International Mansion was to use section steel concrete columns However, it was changed to employ the rectangular concrete filled steel tubular columns after comparing the design data of section parameters, bearing capacity, joints and construction data. It shows that the concrete filled steel tubular columns are more reliable, especially in the seismic performance, Besides, it particularly simplifies the construction process to make the construction more convenient. For the main frame with a total of 52 floors above ground, the steel construction period of only 280 days is achieved. For the layers 31 ~ 50, a construction speed of three days a layer is even reached. It has proved that adopting the concrete filled steel tubes is the optimal solution in aspect of both design and construction with better economic benefits.

1工程概况
海控国际广场项目位于海口市,其A座主楼地下3层,地上外框52层,核心筒55层,建筑总高度 249.7m,为海南第一高楼。主体结构为框架核心筒

结构,外框结构为平面分布的22个矩形截面柱组成,其外框柱之间、外框柱及与核心筒结构均通过钢梁相连接,形成框架结构(见图1)。
原设计外框结构柱为十字型钢混凝土柱,型钢柱材质为Q345B,1~34层柱混凝土强度等级为 C60,35~52层为C50,并在柱边配有HRB400的36 根$32的竖向钢筋及Φ16箍筋(加密区间距 100mm,非加密区200mm)。变更后,外框柱为矩形
