天津高银117大厦C70高抛免振捣自密实

【摘要]天津高银117大厦外框巨型柱内部结构复杂,无法振揭施工,霜要浇筑C70高抛免振搞自密实混凝土,经过原材料优选及配合比优化,制备出性能优异的高免报搞自密实混凝土。针对巨型柱结构特点,制定切实可行的专项施工方案,保证了巨型柱混凝土的浇筑质量。通过破坏性剖切试验验证C70高抛免振搞自密实混凝土的自密实性能及施工浇筑质量。结果表明,混凝土能够完全填充巨型柱整个腔体,横隔板下界面及角部混凝土界面黏
结情况良好,C70高抛免振擦自密实混凝土的自密实性能良好。【关键词】混凝土:高抛免振揭:自密实:尧筑;施工技术

Abstract: The outer frame giant column of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 building is complex for internal structure, which can not be vibrated for construction, and it requires C70 high dropping no-vibration self-compacting concrete. By raw material choosing and mix proportion optimization,the excellent performance high dropping self-compacting concrete was prepared. For the structural characteristics of giant columns, special construction scheme was deveioped to ensure the quality of giant column concrete. Meanwhile, destructive test was done to verify the self-compacting performance and concrete pouring quality. The results show that the concrele can completely fill the entire cavity giant column,and diaphragm and lower corners of the concrete bonding interface is in good condition, which indicates that the self-compacting performance of C7o high dropping no-vibration concrete is excellent.

工程概况
天津高银117大厦作为中国北方第一高楼、中国结构第一高楼,需要高抵抗水平地震及风荷载能力,除钢筋混凝土核心筒外,外框4根巨型钢管柱也承担很大的水平荷载,提供必要的侧向刚度。巨型柱从地下室结构一直贯穿至顶层,高度达到597m。从地下室结构到地上标高183m浇筑C70自密实混凝土,巨型柱腔体里有大量的竖向钢筋、肋板等,浇筑、振捣困难。巨型柱横截面如图1a所示。巨型柱内部横隔板、纵向加劲肋、栓钉布置以及内部配筋

情况如图1b所示。另外,地上主塔楼巨型柱与环带桁架、巨型支撑交接处的加强层节点,其腔体构造复杂,竖向、水平隔板各5道,根本无振搞条件。巨型柱加强层节点结构如图2所示。
天津高银117大厦巨型柱施工流程为钢板安装、焊接、第三方焊缝探伤检测完毕后,安装腔体内竖向主筋、髓筋、拉筋等,再进行腔内混凝土浇筑。由于混凝土浇筑前需要结构安装,所以混凝土浇筑时具有一定的抛落高度,最大抛落高度达到30多 m。针对天津高银117大厦巨型柱内部结构施工特点,应用C70高抛免振势混凝土势在必行。
