编者按：钢筋焊接网在国内已有20多年应用历史，技术成熟，工程实践经验丰富。已在房屋建筑、高速铁路、桥面、路面、桩、地下工程以及混凝土预制构件等领域得到越来越多的应用，具有较好的综合经济效益和社会效益。该技术多年来是建设部推广十项新技术之一。现将国内有关单位就焊接网的规程修订、试验研究及工程应用的多篇文章集中刊登，供读者研究和推广应用之参考。
《钢筋焊接网混凝土结构技术规程 JGJ114一2014主要问题修订简介

0 网品种；修订了冷轧钢筋强度设计值；冷拔光面钢筋焊接网仅用作构造配筋；修改了板类受弯构件正常使用极限状态设计的有关规定；调整了焊接网的错固长度及板的最小配筋率；补充了焊接网在路桥、水工、铁路等方面的构造规定以及对施工和附录的修改补充。本文将从5个方面对上述修订内容作一简介。最后，作者提出应用此规程时的一点个人思考与期望。

Abstract: This specification is the third edition increasing more contents compared with earlier one(2003). The main technical amendments are as follows; increasing types of welded steel fabric made of cold-rolled and hot-rolled wires; modifying for design value of strength of cold rolled wires; welded steel fabrics made of hard-drawn plain wires are only used as detailing reinforcement; amendments to relevant provisions for design at the serviceability limit states for the slab bending members; adjustments for anchorage length of welded fabrics and minimum reinforcement ratio for slabs; supplements to detailing requirements of welded fabrics applied in pavements and bridge decks, hydro-structures, railways etc, and to construction and appendices. This paper introduces above amendments in five aspects briefly

规程编制组在总结近10年来国内丰富工程应用经验基础上，进行了大量的材性和构件试验。同时，编制组部分成员专门对欧洲、东南亚及我国台湾地区的焊接网行业进行了多次技术考察，吸取一些先进经验。《钢筋焊接网混凝土结构技术规程》

JGJ114—2014（以下简称规格）(）共有6章15节 125条，5个附录。本次修订的主要技术内容是：增加了CRB600H钢筋、500MPa级热轧钢筋及细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋焊接网；修改了CRB550钢筋焊接网的强度设计值；CPB550钢筋焊接网仅作为构造钢筋使用；修改了焊接网板类受弯构件在正常使用极限状态设计的有关规定；调整了板类受弯构件最小配筋率及焊接网的锚固长度；取消了板的满铺面网搭
