核电厂运行准备与实践

摘要：核电厂的运行准备，是核电厂生产准备中的重要工作，由于核电厂从开工到投产的建设工期较长，一般需要5年左右，且核电运行的专业性要求很强，对核安全的要求也极高。特别是日本福岛事故后，国家层面、监管部门和各大核电集团都对核电厂的安全运行提出了更高要求。依据核电机组建设阶段的特点及结合工程实践，文章阐述了核电厂运行领城的体系建立，并概括性分析了相关管理创新。
