摘要:采用盆裁试验研究了白菜[BrassicacampestrisLssp.Chinensis(L.)Makino]4个品种对不同浓度锌(Zn0、 1、10mg/kg)的响应。结果表明,白菜的生物量及体内锌含量随锌水平的增加而增加;但白菜品种对锌营养反应的敏感性不同。地上部锌含量、锌积累量和锌吸收效率均以H本华冠(Japanhuaguan,JHG)>夏王(Xiawang,XW)> 五月慢(Wuyueman,WYM)>特选黑叶(Texuanheiye,TXHY);锌利用率则以日本华冠<夏王<五月慢<特选黑叶,且锌营养水平之间和品种之间差异均达到显著水平。日本华冠的地上部和根系生物量,叶片超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氨化效酶(CAT)活性,根系活力及可溶性蛋白含量明显高于其他3个品种,面膜脂
过氢化作用的程度[内二醛含量(MDA)]低于其他3个品种,为耐低锌且富锌的白菜品种。关键词:白菜;品种;锌营养;锌利用效率

Abstract: Pot experiment was conducted to study the response and zinc (Zn) use efficiency in different cultivars of Chinese cabbage[Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino](Japan huaguan, JHG; Xiawang, XW; Wuyueman, WYM and Texuanheiye, TXHY) to Zn levels (O, 1 and 10 mg/kg). The results show that biomass and Zn concentrations of the four cultivars are increased with the increase of Zn levels. Sensitivities of the four cul-tivars to Zn nutrition are significantly different. Shoot Zn concentration, Zn accumulation and Zn uptake efficiency are in order of JHG > XW > WYM > TXHY, while Zn use efficiency is in order of JHG < XW < WYM < TXHY. JHG is a Zn-accumulated cultivar due to high resistance. Activities of SOD, POD and CAT of leaves, roots system vigor and soluble protein of JHG are higher than those of the other three cultivars, while MDA concentration of JHG is lower than that of the other three cultivars.
