卧式砂磨机结构优化研究

摘要:对卧式砂磨机进行设计改进,该砂磨机由机架、主轴支撑组件、搅拌磨碎机构、冷却循环系统4部分组成,揽拌磨碎机构由研磨盘与分离转子组成。研磨盘的轮毅与外周环形盘由3根轮辐支撑,轮辐起到棒销的作用,从而使其具备盘式砂磨机和棒销砂磨机的效果;缸筒内圆柱表面加工出半圆形的螺旋槽,缸套外圆柱面与缸体内圆柱表面配合连接,形成截面为半圆形的螺旋槽冷却循环通道,避免冷却水循环短路,冷却效果较好。

Abstract:A horizontal sanding machine has been modified,which comprises fourparts in cluding frame, main shaft components, mixing grinding mechanism and cooling cycle system. Wherein, the mixing grinding mechanism consists of a grinding disc and separation rotor, wherein the wheel hub and the outer ring plate of the grinding disc is supported by three spokes having the effect of rod pin, therefore, the modified sanding machine has the effect in-tegrated with function of disc-type and rod pin-type sanding machine. The semicircle spiral groove is designed on surface of the inner cylinder which has a close contact with the outside cylinder, thus, a cooling cycle system of the semicircle spiral groove is formed to avoid short circuit of the cooling water circulation, showing good cooling effect.

涂料的性能除了与组成材料种类和配比有关外,还与制备方法密切相关(1]。涂料生产过程中,颜料的分散十分重要,好的分散过程能够使颜料粒子充分分散,发挥其特性。额料粒径对涂膜光泽、着色性、透明度有着很大的影响[2]。砂磨机是实现涂料生产中
分散聚集体的关键设备。20世纪90年代我国引进了湿法研磨技术,应用到涂料等多个领域,显著提高了超微细分散效果,产品品质和工艺水平均得到改善。优化改进砂磨机结构,提高超微细分散效果和效率,对提高涂料性能有着重要的作用(3)
