双固化松香基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯固化涂膜性能研究桑凌晨,谢晖*,黄莉,徐海波(南京工业大学化学化工学院,南京210009)摘要:以丙烯海松酸为原料合成松香基聚酯(APAPE),将聚酯与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、
季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)反应制备松香基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(APAPUA)。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和热分析仪(TGA)对预聚物及涂膜进行表征,测试了不同固化条件下APAPUA固化膜的附着力、硬度及其他力学性能。结果表明:在光-热固化下,以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为活性稀释剂且用量为20%,以N75为固化剂.在80℃条件下热固化2h,得到的涂膜的铅笔硬度达到 4H,附着力为0级,力学性能及耐热性优良。

Abstract:Dual curable rosin-based polyurethane acrylate resins were prepared by rosin-based polyester (APAPE)derived from acrylpimaric acid(APA),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA).The structure of the products and heat resist-ance of the films was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The adhesion and hardness and other mechanical properties of the cured APAPUA film were also tested. The results showed that the APAPUA composition at the presence of trimethylol propane triacrylate (TMPTA) 20% as active diluent and N75 as curing agent was UV-heat cured (baking at 80 C for 2 h) to give a film showing the pencil hardness 4H, adhesion grade O,good mechanical properties and heat resistance.
