摘要:综述了碳纳米管与石墨烯在导电涂料中的应用研究现状,分析了影响涂层导电性能的关键因素,包括填料的形貌、分散工艺以及成膜树脂对涂层渗流阀值和电导率的影响,并展望了碳纳米管与石墨烯导电涂料的发展方向。

and Graphene in Conductive Coatings

Abstract:The conductive mechanism of coatings was briefly introduced and the progress in application of carbon nanotubes and graphene in conductive coatings was summarized.The key factors affecting conductive performance of coatings were also introduced, including fillers morphologies, dispersion process and coating matrix which influenced the percolation threshold and conductivity of coatings.In addition, the prospect of research and development of carbon nanotubes and graphene based conductive coatings was also put forward.

导电涂料是伴随着现代科学技术而迅速发展起来的特种功能涂料,按导电机理不同可分为本征型和填充型两类。本征型导电涂料是指聚合物本身或经过掺杂而具有导电性,该类涂料的研究虽已取得重大进展,但目前仍存在电荷载流子迁移率低且溶解性和加工性较差等问题。填充型导电涂料由成膜树脂和导电填料均勾混合而成,其中聚合物本身不具有导电性,主要依靠填充的导电粒子提供自由载流子而具有
导电性。填充型导电涂料的制备和使用简单易行,目前已在静电耗散、电磁屏蔽、电子封装等领域得到广泛应用。
常用的导电填料有金属粉末和碳系粉末,其中金属粉末作为填料制备的涂料具有较好的导电性能,但金属密度大,在涂料中易沉降,且在服役期间容易氧化导致涂层导电性能下降甚至失去导电性能")。相比金属填料雨言,碳系导电填料具有密度小、耐腐蚀
