摘要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、聚乙二醇(PEG-400)、3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙基-2-甲基-2-丙烯酸酯(MPS)为主要原料,采用自由基聚合合成了一种可热固化聚丙烯酸酯树脂并以三乙烯四胺(TETA)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的混合物为固化剂,制备了机械性能优、耐水性佳的亲水防雾涂层。采用FT-IR、NMR、TGA、光学接触角仪、AFM、SEM等对不同 AMPS和TEOS含量的涂层的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:TEOS形成的微球是影响涂层透明性的主要原因;微相分离明显可赋予涂层优良的机械性能和耐水性。AMPS用量增大,涂膜亲水性增加,耐水性变差;增加TEOS的量可提升涂膜的硬度、附着力、耐冲击性和热稳定性,但透明性下降。综合考患,AMPS添加量为8%、TEOS量为6%时性能最佳。

Abstract:A hydrophilic acrylate polymer for anti-fogging was synthesized via radical pol-ymerization using methyl methacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, isophoronediisocyanate,2-ac-rylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS), hydroxyethyl methacrylate, polyethylene glycol (PEG-400), 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl-2-methyl-2-propenoate as monomers. The polymer was further cured with the mixture of triethylenetetramine and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) to obtain anti-fogging coatings with improved mechanical properties and better water resistance.The coatings with various amounts of AMPS and TEOS were characterized via NMR, FT-IR,TGA, AFM, SEM and contact angle analyzer. It was demonstrated the SiO, mi-crospheres formed fromTEOS was mainly responsible for the reduced transparency of coatings and the micro-phase separation for the better mechanical properties and water resistance. With the increase of TEOS amount, the hardness, adhesion, water resistance, impact resistance and thermal stability of the film were improved at the expense of transparency. In addition, a
