具有校准功能的医用型电子血压计

摘要:针对传统电子血压计不具备压力检定和校准功能的缺点,研制具有校准功能的电子血压计,通过改进血压计的气路结构实现压力的检定和自校准。测量实验中,静压的最大示值误差为2.1mmHg,血压为120/80的收缩压和舒张压重复性分别为3.00mmHg和1.716mmHg,血压为110/75的收缩压和舒张压的重复性分别为3.8mmHg和1.716mmHg;校准实验中,校准后的静压最大示值误差为0.7mmHg,收缩压和舒张压的平均差为1mmHg和-1mmHg、标准差为2mmHg和1.47mmHg。结果表明:样机满足JG692
提高。

In calibration experiment,the maximum error of statie pressure after calibration is 0. 7 mmHg, mean difference of systolic pressure and diastolie pressure are 1mmHg and 1 mmHg, standard deviation of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure are 2 mmHg and 1. 47 mmHg- Results show that the prototype meets the requirements of JJG692-2010* verification regulation of non-invasive blood pressure meter' , the prototype after calibration can accurately measure static pressure and blood pressure,and the accuracy is improved.

1.1血压测量原理
采用幅度系数法测量血压:袖带充气阻断动脉血流,因血液动力学作用,袖带压上重叠了与心搏同步的压力波动,即脉搏波,随着袖带压减小,脉搏波幅值呈现由小到大和由大到小的变化趋势,根据脉搏波振幅与袖带压之间的关系可估算血压。图1为幅度系数法血压测量原理2.3]。
