自制环保稳定剂在增塑PVC制品中应用性能的评价

[摘要］通过刚果红热稳定性实验、热老化实验、流变、力学性能以及黄色指数测定等实验，对比研究了自制钙/锌稳定剂与国外知名钙/锌稳定剂对增塑PVC热稳定性能、加工性能、热老化性能和力学性能的影响。研究发现：自制钙/锌稳定剂在增塑PVC制品方面各种性能几乎与该国外知名钙/锌稳定剂没有差别，在热老化性能和力学性能方面还优于该国外知名钙/锌稳定剂，

Abstract: Bascd on cxperimcnts including Congo red thermal stability, thermal aging, rhco logical test, mcchanical properties test and yellowness index test, the influcences of self-madc Ca/Zn stabilizers on the thermal stability, processing propcrty, thcrmal aging property and mcchanical properties of plasticized PVC werc compared with thosc of a well-known forcign brand Ca/Zn sta-bilizcr. It was observed that thc propertics of thc self-made Ca/Zn stabilizer were almost thc samc as thosc of the well-known foreign brand Ca/Zn stabilizer,and thc thermal aging propcrty and mc-chanical propertics of plasticized PVC with thc sclf-made Ca/Zn stabilizer were better than thosc of plasticized PVC with the well-known forcign brand Ca/Zn stabilizcr.

PVC是五大通用塑料之一，被广泛用于化学建材，2011年我国化学建材PVC的消费量达到 2000万t。PVC分子链上具有不稳定的结构，如烯丙基氯、不饱和双键、支链结构等，在加工过程中， PVC分子链受热易分解产生HCI(1-2和多烯结构，影响制品质量。通常通过加人热稳定剂，如铅盐、有机锡、钡/镉（Ba/Cd）、钙/锌（Ca/Zn）等[3)来抑制

PVC的分解。铅盐类稳定剂在我国占主导地位，约占总消费量的80%。随着环保和健康意识的逐渐加强，铅盐等重金属盐稳定剂逐步被禁用，环保性钙/锌复合稳定剂成为重要的研究对象。
通过钙/锌复配以及辅助稳定剂的选择和配合，笔者配制出一种钙/锌稳定剂，并通过静态热稳定性、加工流变性、热老化性以及力学性能和黄色指数
