中国PVC产业快速发展10年回顾与2010年动态分析

[摘要］回顾了2000一2010年10年间中国从PVC进口国发展成为PVC生产和消费第一大国的发展历程，的竞争力，经过市场的调整和整合，中国PVC产业正由快速发展期向成熟期过渡，将向世界PVC生产强国迈进。

Abstract:The course of China developing from a PVC importing country into the first major PVC production and consumption country in the past ten years from 2000 to 2010 were reviewed. The capacity, output, consumption and technical progress situations of China's PVC industry were analyzed. It was indicated that domestic technologies for PVC industry had the strong international compctitiveness, and after industrial restructuring and integration, China's PVC industry was in the transition from rapid development to maturity, and would step into the world grcat-power PVC production country.
2000-2010年10年间，中国经济靠出口和房地产这两个经济发动机高速运转的拉动，步入了快速增长的轨道，10年期间的GDP年均增速为 10.64%，中国的PVC产业在两个发动机的推动下获得了迅猛发展，取得了令人振奋的成绩，产能和产量年均增长率分别超过了25%和20%，表观消费量年均增长率为11%左右。电石法PVC产业在纠结、争议中呈现爆发式的增长，电石法原料路线达到了PVC总产量的80%，形成了具有中国特色的主要以电石为原料路线的PVC产业。

从2000年开始，很多企业家关注PVC行业。当时PVC市场供不应求，国内自给率只有54%，由于电石法PVC原料易得，且国外技术已经得到消化，国产设备和技术的价格只是国外价格的20%， PVC行业因而成为了投资的热点。不但老的国营企业开始扩大生产规模，民营企业也开始涉足氯碱行业。
2003年反倾销的成功为国内PVC企业打开了发展的市场空闻，提供了发展的良机。
2005年，中国的PVC产能同比增长达到31%，
