摘要:针对传统的机械找堵水技术存在作业次数多、施工量大、效率低等间题,开发了一种新型的透油阻水找堵水一体化工艺管柱。该工艺管柱由采油泵、封隔器、阻水器及丝堵组成,核心工具为阻水器。在不动管柱的情况下,利用阻水器对流经流体水相起到-定阻挡作用而让油相自由通过的性能,实现任意高含水层段动态找堵
水一体化施工。该技术环保安全、性能可靠,缩短了施工周期,降低了作业成本。关键词:找水;堵水;阻水器;工艺管柱

Abstract: Since many problems exist for the traditional mechanical water shutoff technology: more times of the op-eration job, bigger work load, low efficiency and so forth, one kind of the new hydrophobic-lipophilic technological string for the water finding and plugging was developed. The string is composed of the oil-producing pumps, pack-ers, water blocking device and plugs, the core tool is the water blocking device. In the case of the fixed string, with the help of the device, the water phase is blocked for the liquid flowing through the device, while the oil phase can flow freely, thus the integrated operation of the dynamic water finding and plugging for any high-watercut intervals can be realized. The technique is characterized by the environmental safety, reliable performances, shortened con struction cycle and reduced operation cost.
