前言
随着我国经济迅速发展，人们生活水平提高，对物质生活条件要求也逐渐提高，燃气作为一种污染低、热量高、使用方便、快捷的燃料，已经成为城市居民日常使用的主要燃料。根据南海区燃气企业工程建设和业务发展需要，2008年燃气公司将工商业和小区燃气工程等非市政类工程转换为了小型燃气工程自建模式，重新明确了建设主体关系，进一步规范建设程序。2011年下半年，根据佛山市南海区政府深化镇（街道）下属办事处改革的意见，应“中枢两翼，核心带动”发展新战略势头，燃气企业对狮山镇管辖区域启动天然气用户调查，做了大量基础数据收集工
