【摘要】中小企业在一个国家的国民经济中具有举足轻重的地位和作用，但近几年来，中小企业融资难却越来越成为其发展的瓶颈，并且这个问题很难通过市场经济中的融资市场得到自动解决，因此，针对此现状，提出了符合中小企业的融资
渠道，希望能够给中小企业的融资带来新的发展机会。【关键词】中小企业；融资

在我国，中小企业占全部企业总数的99%，为社会提供了75%的就业机会，为国家创造了60%的国民收入和40%的利税。中小企业的发展，有利于增加
流需求之间的内在非线性映射关系，为城市物流需求预测提供了一种新的思路，也为物流项目生产纲领或建设规模的确定提供了一种解决方法。
项目计划2011年完工，完工时该物流园区分流长兴县20%的公路货运量。为此，刚完工时业主需要采取如拓宽营销、优惠政策、优质服务等措施吸引物流企业的入住，促使物流园区充分发挥效用。db
