【摘要】一直以来，消防部队始终高度重视事故处置的科学性，专业性、有效性，在实践中总结出计许多优秀的消防技战术和实战经验，并对现范制定、消防管理提出了很多好的做法和要求，论文对儿起大型石化企业大灾扑敦策例进行介绍，分析消防用水的影响因素及其历史原因，结合上海化学工业区的一些具体做法，从总体规划，装备配置和设计、管理，联动等方面因素，对如何保障大型石油化工企业消防用水透行了初步探讨。
[Abstract]Fire brigade has always attached great importance to scientificity, professionalism, and effectiveness of the accident disposal. What'smore,theyestablishedcomprebensivefirefightingframework and continuouslydevelopedthefiremanagement,rulesandprocedures based on best practices and lessons leamed from practical experiences, This article introduced several large petrochemical enterprise fire fighting cases, analyzed thekey factors impacting fire water demand and its related legacy issues and then discussed on how to ensure the sufficiency and effectiveness of fire water supplying in the large-scale petrochemical enterprises by presenting the proposed measures applyingtoonelivease"ShanghaiChemicalndustrialParkfromtoverllplaning,quipmentconfigurationanddesigning.cros-teams
