摘要:为有效解决CO,驱生产系统高缺问题,更好地开展CO,驱三次采油技术应用,通过分析中原油田沙一下油藏CO,驱高缺现状,根据油并产出气CO,含量、腐蚀监测情况和采油措施调整情况制定相应的防腐方案。从宝内配套缓缺剂及管材试验研究、防肩方案制定、现场实施应用与效果评价等三方面踪合考虑,优选出了造合沙一下油藏CO,驱生产系统的防腐技术。试验结果表明,研发的CO,驱防高技术能够满足沙一下油藏CO,驱的应用要求,达到有效控制腐蚀的目的。

Research on Corrosion and Protection Techniques for CO2 Flooding Production System Zhu Dezhi, Huang Xuesong, Nan Nan
Abstract: In order to effectively solve the corrosion problems occur in production system and further improve the tertiary recovery technology application of CO, flooding, the CO, flooding corrosion sta tus of Shayixia Reservoir in Zhongyuan Oilfield is anelyzed. And the corresponding anti corrosion scheme is drawn up on the basis of the CO, content in produced gas from the oil well, corrosion moni-
toring conditions and the ddjustment conditions of oil production measures.
Considering three aspects
of experimentel study on lab supporting corrosion inhibitors and pipelines, establishment of anticorro sion scheme, and field implement and result evaluation, the anticorrosion technology that is suitable for Shayixia Reservoir CO, production is optimized. The test results show thet the CO, flooding anti-corrosion technology can meet the application requirements of Shayixia Reservoir CO, flooding and achieve the goal of effective control of corrosion.

CO,驱在提高低渗透油田动用率和采收率方面比水驱具有更明显的技术优势,但CO:腐蚀问题严重制约着CO,驱油技术的发展,因此有必要针对 CO,驱生产井的腐蚀特点研究相应的防腐技术"。通过CO.腐蚀规律、室内腐蚀评价试验及现场试验研究,实现了管线材料优选与CO,缓蚀剂应用的最佳及最经济匹配,形成了CO,驱防腐技术,延长了 CO.生产井井下管柱的使用寿命。

油井开井29口(电泵井2口,卡封井6口),注入并9口,累计注气25.0869×10°t。该油藏实施CO驱的油井有14口,注气井组7个,CO,注人井8口,其中3口一注一采,4口一注两采,1口一注三采。CO,驱对应油井产出液平均含水率高达 96%,CI-平均质量浓度10×10°mg/L,HCO质量浓度578.2mg/L,矿化度17×10°mg/L,总铁质量浓度17mg/L,水型为CaCl型,细菌以腐生菌为主,对应生产并最高CO,质量分数达94.8%,
