【摘要】随着城市化、城镇化建设脚步的加快，房屋建筑电随之快速增加，然而能源危机却日益严重，加之房屋建筑本身就是一个能耗大且在施工过程中客易产生多方面能源浪费的行业，其中最主要体现在房屋建筑施工过程中不关注
节能设备的具体施工措施。节能施工是一个很复杂的技术过程，它是房屋住宅建筑中必需的配套设施，水电节能设备安装的施工关系到居民的生活质量问题。
[Abstract Jwith urbanization, the urbanization pace ofthe accelerated housing construction followed by a rapid increase in the increasingly serious energy crisis, coupled with thehousing construction itselfis alarge energy consumption and proneto many energy waste in the construction process industry, the most important thing is reflected in the housing construction process does not care about saving water and energy facilities This phenomenon, attention to hydropower energy-saving equipment installed in the housing construction, and describes the installation ofthe specific construction ofthe hydroelectric energy saving measures in housing construction. 2房屋建筑安装水电节能设施的重要性
在房屋建筑中安装水电节能设施设备是用户的共同心声，因为这不仅可以为国家节约能源，还能为自已家庭节省不必要的能源开支费用。因此，要想实现能源节约型社会，首先要了解房屋建筑中水电浪费存在的问题，其次呼吁人们意识到房屋建筑中水电安装节能的重要性，最启将水电安装节能设施在房屋住宅建筑中广泛应用

自觉节约水电能源是每一个公民的义务，也是我国保护环境的基本国策。目前，我国的能源供应比较紧张，能源的紧张给社会和经济还有人们的生活造成的压力很大，自然灾害频紧发生更加剧了能源的浪费。能源供需不合理的形势也会导致人民生活矛盾不断激化，节能的号召虽然已经好多年，值是却没有真正实质的提高。节能就应该从身边的点滴小事做起，从我做起。因此，在房屋建筑中安装水电节能设施设备是每个居民的意愿。节约型社会的形成是和谐社会建设的必要条件，中国要实现可持续发展，首要任务就是提高全民节约能
