气田含汞污水处理现场试验

摘要:含汞气图污水成分复杂,含有悬淳物、油、汞等。含汞污水未经处理合格直接排放,将破坏生态环境,影响正常生产,危害操作人员的健康。对含汞污水处理的主要方法进行分析与评价,依据气图水的水质特点及污水回注要求,结合含乘污水处理工艺的优选实验结采,将高效油水分离技术和脱汞工艺相结合,提出了KL气田含汞污水处理的现场试验方案,即高效分高、絮凝沉降、气浮、吸附、过滤组合工艺,并完成含汞污水处理试验装置的设计及研制。现场试验及应用效果评价表明:KL气田污水经该试验装置处理后,净化水中汞的质量流度小于50μ9/L,处理效采好且成本低。该试验装置可在国内其他含汞气图污水处理中进行推广使用,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Main treatment methods of mercury=containing sewage are analyzed and eval-uated. Combined with the optimized selection result of the treatment process of mercury containing sewage, the efficient oil weter separation technology is combined with the mercury removal process, and the field test scheme of mercury=containing sewage in KL Gas Field is proposed, namely the com bined process of efficient separation, flocculation and settlement, air flotation, adsorption and filter, and the design and development of the experimental device of mercury=containing sewage are complet ed.The field test and application result show that after treatment of the testing device, the mercurs concentration of the purified sewage in KL Gas Field is less than 5O μ g/L, and the device has good treatment effect and low cost. The test device can be popularized and used in the treatment of mercury containing sewage in other domestic gas fields, having certain engineering application value.

具有高毒性和腐蚀性,同时具有较强的挥发性和迁移性。含汞气田污水中汞含量普遍较高,并且含汞污水成分复杂,主要含有油、悬浮物、单质汞及含汞悬浮物(HgS)、汞离子(Hg)和少量的有机汞等。含汞污水未经处理合格直接排放,将破坏生态环境,影响正常生产,危害操作人员的健康。国内尚未开发相应的含汞污水处理装置,为降低含汞气田水污染风险,有必要开展含汞污水处理现场试验,为含汞气田污水处理的工业化装置提供设计依据。

含汞污水处理的主要方法
目前,国内外常用的含汞污水处理方法主要有累凝/沉淀法、吸附法、离子交换法及膜分离法等。
累凝沉淀法是通过向水中投加累凝剂,在静电力、范德华力和氢键力等的作用下,水中的悬浮颗粒和胶体絮凝成较大的悬浮颗粒,同时脱除部分单质汞及汞化合物,从而将汞从水中分离出来,达到净化水质的目的。絮凝/沉淀法是一种有效且成本较低的高含汞污水初级预处理方法,具有流程简单、高效和投资少等优点叫。
