600MW直流锅炉给水改AVT(O)处理的探索

摘要:以金湾公司600MW超临界直流锅炉为例,给水处理方式由加氨和联氨的还原性全挥发处理(AVT(R)转换为只加氨的氧化性全挥发处理(AVT(O))后,水汽系统铁含量得到有效控制,锅炉割管检查较为干净,证明了高纯给水系统AVT(O)处理的可行性,在同类机组中有较大推广意义。

Abstract: The article takes an example of Jinwan company's 6ooMW UltraCritical direct current boiler. Feeding water treatment method tums all volatile treatment(reduction) AVT(R) plus ammonia and hydrazine into all volatile treatment (oxidation) AVT(O) plus ammonia and it has effective control of iron content in watersteam system and is clean boiler tube inspection, which proves AVT(O) is feasible and has great promotion value among same level boilers
