终轧和卷取温度对高强
CR220IF钢力学性能影响规律的研究

摘要:通过转炉→RH炉→连铸→热轧+连续退火→精整的工艺路线,制备了高强IF钢CR220IF。研究了910~950℃终轧、710~740℃卷取的热轧工艺条件下,热轧基料变化对冷轧成品性能的影响。研究结果认为:热轧工艺不改变冷轧连退成品的显微组织,但影响连退成品的力学性能;冷轧成品的强度指标随卷取温度提高逐步降低,延伸率和r值在卷取温度变化范围内存在最佳值;终轧温度对强度的影响存在最佳值,930C终轧、720卷取的条件下,成品强度最低,有利于连退工序获得良好的成品性能。

Abstract; The high strength IF steel CR220IF is made with the following process : converter, RH furnace, continuous casting, hot rolling, continuous annealing and finishing. It is researched the influence of hot rolling base materials change on the performance of cold rolling finishing products, under the conditions of end rolling and coiling temperatures separately as 910 950 and 710 ~ 740 °C. It is considered based on the research that the hot rolling process does not changes the micro structure of cold rolling plus continuous annealing finishing products, but affects the mechanical performance; the strength index of cold rolling finishing product gradually reduces along with the raise of the coiling temperature, but there are the best values for plastic indexes such as elongation and r value within the coiling temperature change range; the influence of end rolling temperature on strength has a best value, when end rolling and coiling temperatures separately as 930 and 720 °C the finishing product has the lowest strength, help to get good finishing product performance in continuous annealing process.

覆盖件的冷轧薄板"),该钢种是深冲用IF钢的改良品种。普通IF钢虽然具有良好的冲压性能,但由于其强度较低,作为汽车外覆盖件的抗回陷性较弱。在总结IF钢特点的基础上,通过在IF钢的基础上添加磷含量,通过磷的固溶强化实现强度的增加,同时兼顾IF钢良好的深冲性。
