(1.瓦新突害监控与应急技术国家重点实验安,重庆400037;2.中煤科工集团重庆研究院有限公司,重庆400039)摘要:为提高正压氧气呼吸器的氧气利用率,使人体呼受更舒适,设计了一种智能供氧装置,其供氧流量可随人体所需自动调节。介绍了智能供氧呼受系统及智能供氧装置的工作原理,试验检测了使用智能供氧装置的呼受器的呼吸阻力、气瓶余压、受气温度和吸气CO,浓度。试验表明,智能供氧呼受系统呼受阻力差变小、呼吸阻力曲线更平滑,呼吸器的氧气消耗量更小、使用时间更长。

Abstract : For improving the oxygen utilization rate of the positive pressure oxygen respirator and making the human body breathe more comfortable, an intelligent positive pressure oxygen respirator was designed, which can automatically regulate the oxygen supply according to the requirement of the human body. In this paper, the working principle of the intelligent oxygen breathing system and the intelligent oxygen supply device was deseribed, the breathing resistance of the intelligent oxygen respirator, the residual pressure in the oxygen cylinder, the temperature of the inhaust and the CO, concentration in the inhaust were all tested. The tests showed that the breathing resistance diference of the intelligent oxygen respirator became smaller, the breathing resistance curve became much smoother, the oxygen consumption of the respirator was less and its service time was much longer.

目前,国内外的隔绝式氧气呼吸器主要采用定量供氧与自动补给及手动补给相结合的方式供氧(1-3)。定量供氧的优点是供氧装置简单可靠,缺点是当定量供氧量超过耗氧量时,多余的氧气经排气阀自动排出,造成氧气的浪费。相关标准规定的定量供氧量大于1.4L/minl4],目前市场上大多呼吸器的定量供氧流量约为1.6L/min。研究表明,人在重体力劳动时,出现疲劳的平均时间为48min。由表1[5-7]可以看出,1.6L/min的定量供氧量在呼吸
