摘要:为确定区段煤柱的合理尺寸,从保持煤柱稳定性所需宽度条件入手,建立煤柱两侧塑性破坏区理论计算公式。结合现场实测数据,提出留设煤柱宽度27、30、33m3种方案;利用FLAC3"数值软件分析了下区段工作面回采时煤柱及巷道的应力场及塑性变形特征。研究结果表明,当区段煤柱宽度为 27m时,煤柱两侧应力集中现象明显,塑性破坏深度包络帮锚杆全长且巷道边缘处于应力增高区,不利于巷道稳定;当煤柱宽度达到30、33m时,巷道围岩情况明显改善。综合考虑3个"有利于"原则,确定常村矿2207工作面区段煤柱合理宽度为30m。

Abstract: In order to determine the reasonable size of segment coal pillar, the theoretical calculation formula of plastic failure zone on both sides of the coal pillar was established on the premise that the width of the coal pillar need to maintain its stability. Three schemes were proposed that the width of coal pillar was respectively 27 m, 30 m and 33 m combined with field measurement data. The stress field and plastic deformation characteristies of coal pillar and roadway during the mining of working face in the lower section were analyzed by FLAC3’ numerical software. The research results showed that when the segment coal pillar is 27 m wide, the stress concentration is obvious on both sides of the segment pillar, the plastic failure envelopes bolt deeply and the edge of the roadway are in the stress area, which is not conducive to the stability of roadway. The surrounding rock condition of the roadway is obviously improved when the width of coal pillar reaches 30 m or 33 m. Considering the principles of three "favorable" , the reasonable width of segment coal pillar in the 2207 working face of Changcun Coal Mine is determined to be 30 m.

道:隔离作用,即隔离采空区或相邻工作面积水、瓦斯等进人本工作面。综放开采本身具有资源回收率不高的缺点,因此为综放开采区段煤柱的留设提出了更高要求。煤柱留设过窄,虽然资源回收率得以提高,但煤柱容易失稳,造成采空区漏风,同时给巷道的维护造成困难:煤柱留设过宽,量然不会产生以上问题,但将造成大量煤炭资源浪费。合理确定区段煤柱宽度,兼顾资源回收率、巷道稳定性一直以来是众多学者研究的重点,
