摘要:在地面钻并过程中,由于准备工作不充分,对区域客观条件考察不明确等间题导致井身损毁或产能不达标的情况时有发生,为解决这一间题,对影响煤矿区煤层气地面井抽采技术适用性的因素进行了深入分析,得出其主要影响因素为:煤层气可采资源量(煤层厚度、含气面积、含气量),水文、地质条件(水动力条件、地质构造条件),井眼稳定性(煤体结构、地应力、化学因素),以及地形地貌特征。建立了以层次分析法+模糊综合评判法为基础的煤层气地面并适用性评价指标体系,并以寺河煤矿为例,对影响地面井抽采技术适用性的主要因素进行评判,实例验证了此种方法的可靠性,可为煤层气井上下联合抽采技术的适用性研究提供参考。

Applicability Evaluation of Coal-bed Methane Extraction Technology by Ground
Well in Coal Mining Area

Abstract : In the drlling process of the ground well, the objective conditions of the coal mining area are ofien uncertair due to the inadequate preparation, which may result in the wellbody damage or undesirable coal bed methane ( CBM) capacity. In order to solve this problem, deep analysis was made on the faclors affecting the applicability of the coalbed methane extraction technology by ground wells in the coal mining area, it was concluded that the main affecting factors included the recoverable coalbed methane resourees (the thickness of coal seams, gasbearing area and gas reserves) , the hydro geological conditions ( the hydrodynamic condition and geological structure ) , the well stability ( the coal structure, ground stress and chemical factors) and the topography and landform characters. An evaluation index system for the applicability of the coal-bed methane extraction technology by ground wells was set up based on the analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive fuzzy criterion, and by taking Sihe Coal Mine as an example, the judgment was caried out on the main factors affecting the applicability of the coalbed methane extraction technology by ground wells, and its reliability was verified by this example. The study achievement provided the reference for researching the applicability of the combined coal bed methane extraction technology by both ground wells and underground boreholes.

煤层气地面井抽采技术是近年来逐渐发展起来的一项抽采煤层气及瓦斯治理的新技术。国内外众多学者在煤与煤层气协调开发技术、采动区地面井变形规律,以及优化煤层气井等方面进行了大量的研究工作,也取得了显著的成效,但我国现今煤层气并的施工仍带有一定的主观性,往往多是先施工、后
