极松软煤体高压吸附过程中变形特性试验研究

(1.瓦新灾害监控与应急技术国家重点实验室,重庆400037;2.中煤科工集团重庆研究院有限公司,重庆400037)摘要:突出煤层中大都存在层理紊乱、煤质极其松软的软分层,软分层吸附瓦斯和释放瓦斯的能力比硬分层大许多,突出危险性更大。为分析软分层在高压条件下的吸附变形特性,研制了煤层瓦斯吸附解吸变形动态测试装置,并利用该装置进行了恒温定容条件下煤样吸附、解吸瓦斯过程中吸附量与应变的同步测试。研究结果表明:等温吸附曲线、等温解吸曲线和等温吸附应变曲线均服从朗格缪尔方程,等温解吸应变曲线服从改进的朗格缪尔方程;软分层吸附一解吸过程可逆,吸附一解吸变形不可逆;吸附瓦斯量与体应变呈非线性关系。通过对试验数据的统计分析,建立了软分层煤体应变与吸附瓦斯量之间的精确拟合方程。

Abstract: The bedding of most outburst coal seams is disorder and extremely soft hierarchical layers always exist, the gas absorption and release ability of the soft hierarchical layers is much stronger than that of the hard ones, so the coal and gas outburst hazard is greater. For analyzing the absorption deformation characteristics of the soft hierarchical layers under high
