液压启闭机在沿海研闸应用中的问题分析

摘要：以我国沿海部分液压式启闭机研用在十几年的运行管理中的适用情况为例，认为液压启闭机相对机城式启闭机具有操作简单、运行能力强、运行相对稳定，启闭房布局电相对荫洁、干净、大气等优点，进而分析了液压启闭机研闸因技术要求偏高、管理水平跟不上、日常保养能力有限等原因下出现的间题，认为液压式启闭机在落海研闸中替代春扬式、螺杆式启闭机将成为超势，但目前我国潘海部分地区研闸选择液压式启闭机还需综合考感当地
的环境适应、管理水平、维保能力等因素。关键调：液压；启闭机；研闸

Application of Hydraulic Hoist in Coastal Sluices

Abstract: A research is conducted on the operation and management of the hydraulic hoist in the coastal parts in resent 10 years, and the advantages of the hydraulic hoist are enumerated. Compared with the mechanical lifting device, the hydrau-lie hoist has the advantages of simple operation, strong and steady running as well as the relatively tidy and clean layout of the equipment room, An analysis of the emerging problems about the application of the hydraulic hoist is conducted due to the high technical requirements, the poor operating management and the limited daily maintenance, The comprehensive ap plication of hydraulic hoist has shown that with the advance of the science technology, the continuous improvement of the hydraulic equipment and technology, the application of the hydraulie hoist instead of winding and screw hoists in the coastal sluices will become a trend. However, parts of the coastal areas on choosing to use the hydraulic hoist still need to consider the various factors, such as the adjustment of local environment, the level of management and the ability of maintenance. 中的应用，越来越显示出它的优势和功能，正所调“以液制动"普遍的被世人所喜爱并应用，液压启闭机作为新一代的启闭设备也同样的被广泛的应用在船闸、研闸、水库闸门等水利工程设施方面1).东部沿海河流人海口处的挡潮闸，其启闭机一般可分为卷扬式、螺杆式和液压式，其中液压启闭机按结构形式又有：活塞式、柱塞式和摆动式[3].六七十年代的研闸都以螺杆、卷扬为主，2000年初期慢慢引人新型的液压式启闭机.随着科技的日新月异，目
