
平动回转式压缩机的泄漏研究毛旭敏,胡旭,届宗长

[摘要]:建立了平动回转式压缩机主要泄漏通道的数学模型,通过计算得到各个通道的泄漏量随转角的变化情况,进行了泄漏量的分析,并比较了各个泄漏通道的泄漏量。计算结果表明:各个泄漏通道中,转予外表面与气缸内表面之间的径向间腺的泄漏量最大,占总泄漏量的80.38%,其次是转子端面间隙和滑片端面间隙,其泄漏量各占总泄漏量的9.48%和10.14%;在相同的工作条件下,各个泄漏通道的泄漏量都随转速的升高而增大,但各个通道泄漏量所占的比例基本不变;通过平动回转式压缩机性能试验对制冷量的测试间接验证了泄漏模型的正确性;通过对间腺泄
漏的研究,为平动回转式压缩机的设计研究和加工提供了理论依据。[关键词]:平动回转压缩机;径向泄漏;压力差

Abstract: The leakage flow model of the translational rotary compressor was established. The leakage rate was calculated and ana-lyzed, and the leakage rate with the change of rotating speed was compared. The results indicate that the leakage rate through the ra-dial clearance between outer surface and inner surface of rotor is the largest, accounting for 80.38% of the total leakage. The leakage rate through roller face clearance and vane face clearance account for 9.48% and 10.14%. Under the same working conditions, the leakage rate of all the leakage channels increase with the increase of the rotating speed, but the proportion of leakage rate in all the channels basically remain unchanged. The compressor performance experiment on refrigerating capacity indirectly verified the accura-cy of the leakage model. In a word, the study of clearance leakage provides a theoretical basis on the design of translational rotary compressor.
