锚杆索支护性能关键影响因素井下试验研究

摘要:针对锚杆索主动支护性能不能最大限度地发挥的间题,以荣家沟煤矿为例,通过锚杆预案力矩转化效率试验和锚索张拉预紧力损失试验,研究了锚杆支护的基础参数。研究表明:柴家沟煤矿巷道已安装锚杆案,在进行拉拔试验时,均能达到足够高的锚固力,锚杆拉拔力为150kN,锚索拉拔力为 200kN时,错杆素均未发生失效现象,错固效果良好;当担矩为400N·m时,锚杆预繁力为43~83 kN,围岩较硬时锚杆预紧力较高,图岩表面松软不完整时,错杆预紧力偏低;泵压-拉力转化系数较
低,锚索张拉时,为保证足够的预紧力,应采取超张拉措施,对工程实践起到一定的指导意义。关键词:锚杆索;支护性能;锚固力;预紧力;损失试验

Experimental study on key influencing factors of bolt and
cable supportingperformance in coalmine

Abstract: To furthest obtain initiative support performance,experiments on bolt and cable anchorage ability,bolt pre-tighteningtorque conversion eficiency and cable pre-tightening force loss were conducted in Chaijiagou Coal Mine. The experimental results showed that the installed bolts and cables in Chaijiagou Coal Mine roadway could reach sufficiently high anchorage force during pull-out test,bolts and cables didn't appear failure when the drawing force of them were 150 kN and 200 kN,anchorage effect was good;the bolt pre-tighte ning force was about 43 ~ 83 kN when torque was 400 N - m,pre-tightening force of bolt was high in hard rock,while cable installed in soft and incomplete rock had low pre-tightening force;convension coefficient between pump pressure and tension was very low,in order to ensure sufficient pre-tightening force,super tension measures should be conducted when the cable was tensioned,play a certain guid-ing significance for the engineering practice.

随着我国煤炭工业的发展,井工煤矿开采深度逐年增加,开采条件日趋复杂,巷道支护也经历了由单一型支护技术到联合型支护技术的发展)。随着新型支护材料的出现,巷道支护形式也有了多样的发展,可将其归纳为被动支护、主动支护2种。被动支护主要有金属支架支护、钢筋混凝土支架支护和菱镁支架支护等;主动支护则主要通过锚杆索或锚网喷等支护方式来实现[33]

被动支护方式因其存在的各种缺点和不足,现已在煤矿井下较少使用,而属于主动支护方式的错杆索支护以其显著的技术和经济优越性在巷道围岩控制中得到了广泛应用4'。进行锚杆索支护设计的目的是控制巷道围岩变形与破坏,服务煤矿生产。为实现这-一目的,必须提高铺杆索支护性能,弄清其关键影响因素,进而发挥出最大作用。
