自动装配线螺栓紧固机械手设计

摘要：简略阐述了自动装配线螺栓紧固机械手的主要机械结构、性能参数、位姿运动学分析及其功能；论
述了在该机械手控制系统研究中采用上位机PC和下位机dsPIC30F6010数字信号控制器串行通信来控制MCX314运动控制芯片进而控制步进电机的原理和方法，其中详细介绍了机械手步进电机驱动模块的基本电路组成原理和基于VB6结合图形仿真引擎OpenGL的上位机软件控制下位机的原理，并给出了上位机程序运行主界面和下位机主要程序流程图。

Abstract: This article shortly introduces the main mechanism structure,performance parameter, kinematics model
of pose and function of bolt fastening manipulator about automatic assembly line. It deals with controlling principle and method of step motor controlled by MCX314 motion control IC. The IC is in work through serieal communication based on PC and dsPIC30F6010 digital Siganal Controller. All contents include fundamental circuit's principle of step motor driver module about the manipulator and principle of PC software based on VB6 and graphics simulation engine controlling dsPIC30F6010 digital siganal control-ler. Besides, PC programme running interface and the mainly programme flowchart of dsPIC30F6010 digital siganal controller are supplied.

对于汽车、摩托车发动机箱体的装配来说，其需用螺栓紧固的连接处是相当多的，且对拧紧扭距大小有
严格要求。许多厂家往往靠传统的工艺来进行紧固，这样效率不高，且质量不一定能保证。因此，应厂家的要求，设计了用于自动装配线的螺栓紧固机械手，它能模拟人手臂的部分动作，在无人操作的情况下按给定轨迹实现自动紧固螺栓，效率高，成本低。
机械手结构
该机械手的机械结构示意图如图1所示。其主要由腰、肩、肘和腕4个关节以及气枪组合组成，其中4 个关节中有2个转动关节和2个移动关节。腰关节和腕关节能360°圆周自由转动，而肩关节能上下移动
