长宁-威远地区页岩气压裂返排液处理技术与应用

摘要针对长宁-威远地区页岩气开发存在的压裂返排液无害化处理难、现场施工配液用水缺乏等问题,分析了该地区页岩气压裂返排液的主要成分,明确了细菌、悬浮物以及高价金属离子的浓度是影响压裂返排液回用的主要因素。通过杀菌剂灭菌、絮凝沉降悬浮物、化学沉淀高价金属离子以及过滤絮体和沉淀等措施,开发出了适合长宁-威远地区页岩气压裂返排液回用的处理方法及处理工艺单元化的撬装处理装置,并在W204并区集气站进行了成功应用。处理后的压裂返排液清激透明,水质满足行业标准要求,并成功回用于W204H4平台施工,施工性能稳定,实现了节能减排。

Abstract: Based on the problems of disposal difficult for fracturing flowback fluid and lack of match fluid water in Changning-Weiyuan area , this paper analyzed the main component of shale gas fracturing fluid flowback , and determined the key influence factors for the flow back fluid recycle . The key influence factors include bacteria concentration, suspended solids concentration and high priced metal ions concentration, ete. The recycling disposal method and skid treatment device of fracturing fluid flowback were developed by sterilization, flocculation settlement suspended solids , chemical precipitation high metal ions, filtering flocs and precipitation , etc . The device was successfully used in W204 well region . The liquid after treatment was clear and transparent, and the water quality meets the industry standard. Then the liquid was successfully used for the construction of W204H4 platform well, and the construction performance was stable. Therefore, energy conservation and emission reduction has been achieved.
