含凝析油气井起泡剂加注量优化及应用

摘要:针对中江气田66%产凝析油气井泡排效果不佳间题,通过含油气井泡排携液机理和流动性实验研究发现,由于凝析油的存在,气并中部分起泡剂与并底积没形成乳化结构从而被消耗,仅部分起泡剂能够发挥携液作用。凝析油含量增加10%,泡排携减量下降40%~60%,需提高起泡剂加注量才能提升泡排效果。推导出含凝析油气并起泡剂加注量公式,现场试验结果表明读公式符合现场实际,两口试验并携液量提升80%以上,产气量提升45%以上,具备推广应用价值。

py see ueifguo sram see pue [ro % 99 jo aouoad sod jo anss a e uy oensqy it is found through the experimental study on the mechanism and flowability of oil and gas wells, because of the existence of condensate oil, some of the foaming agent with liquid loading form emulsion structure and will be consumed. Only part of foaming agent can play the role of carrying liquid. Condensate oil content increases by 10 %, liquid carrying volume of foam drainage decreases by 40 % to 60 %. The effect of foam drainage can only be improved by increasing the amount of foam agent. The formula of the filling agent of condensate oil gas wells is deduced and the results of the field test show that the formula is in line with the actual situation. Liquid carrying volume of two test wells increases by 80 % or more and gas production increases by 45 % or more, which has the value for promotion and application.

0前言
中江气田为川西第二大气田,低压、低产井多,气井普遍产液,稳产形势严峻。目前泡排是气井重要生产维护措施之一。但由于气井普避产凝析油,产出液中凝析

者无效。因此,有必要对含凝析油气并泡排携液机理进行探索,分析凝析油影响泡排效果的原因,并针对性地进行改进,以提升泡排效果,保障气井稳定生产。
