东胜气由排水采气工艺技术难点及对策

摘要:东胜气田气井排水采气时存在单并产液量无法计量、泡排加注制度不明确、低压气井
排液难度大、高产液并水流后复产围难等间题,对上述存在间题及技术难点进行分析,分别提出并下节流器并流温流压测试、撬装计量单并产减量、应用抽油机排水来气工艺、芜善气并气率施工工艺流程、“井下隔热+地面节流”工艺等措施,取得一些关于低压集输下排水采气工艺上的认识和成果,为东胜气田稳定高效开发莫定了基础,并为同类气田在低压集输工艺下的排水采气提供了借鉴。

Abstract : In the process of the gas well production of Dongsheng gas field, issues have been existed in drainage gas recoverysuch as immeasurable liquid, undefined bubble row filling system, difficult drainage of low pressure gas well and difficult production recovery of high liquid well. Based on analysis of existing issues and technical difficulties in this article, measures as pressure and temperature test of ano pnoe e oes ra poarapn, aas o aa neoe am o aoop pumping drainage gas recovery test and improved construction technology of gas lift have been put forward. Certain understanding and achievements have been achieved about drainage gas recovery of downhole throttling well, which lays a solid foundation for stable and efficient development of Dongsheng gas field, meanwhile provides reference for drainage gas recovery of similar gas reservoir.
