摘要:PY10-8/5大位移并是中海油在中国南海的重点难点项日。该大位移井项目中表层防硅,表层大尺寸井眼造斜,高稳
础上,参考国内外大佳移并定向钻并技术,根露该区块的钻并经验进行了定向作业难点攻关优化。通过优化并眼轨道,优化站具组合,使用并优选旋转导向钻井工具,模拟与实时跟踪分析作业工程参数,逐步形成了适合该大位移并项目的定向钻并作业配套技术。这些钻并工艺的应用使PY10-8/5大佳移并项目得以顺利、高效、经济地完成,并对其他同类项目有一定的借签意义。

Abstract: Well PY10-8/5 is an extended reach well and it is a key and difficult project of CNOOC in the South China Sea. Its directional drilling is seriously restricted by surface anti-collision, whipstocking of surface large borehole, operation speed increase of s sa ea de s s a op se e ae s aaes tion well drilling project were analyzed thoroughly. Then, the technologies for dealing with these directional drilling difficulties were researched and optimized in reference to the direction well drilling technologies used in other extended reach well projects at home and abroad, especially the drilling experience in this block. And finally, the supporting technologies suitable for the directional well drilling of this extended reach well project were gradually developed by optimizing the trajectory and bottom hole assembly (BHA), adopting the rotary-steering drilling tools and simulating and real-time tracking and analyzing the operational engineering parameters. After these drilling technologies are applied in PY 108/5 extended reach well project, the drilling is completed smoothly, efficiently and economi-cally. The research results are of instructive significance to other projccts
